Westchester County cleaning from a team just across the state line

Cleaning Care Solutions is based in Brookfield, Connecticut, a short drive from the northern Westchester border. Most of our New York customers are in the northern part of the county, in towns and hamlets such as Somers, North Salem, South Salem, Katonah, Bedford, Mount Kisco, and Yorktown Heights. We also serve the communities further south that are listed below.

Westchester is made up of cities, towns, and villages, and many familiar place names are hamlets within a town. That can make it hard to tell which page covers your address. Croton Falls and the Purdys area are covered with North Salem. Granite Springs is a hamlet of Somers. South Salem and Waccabuc are hamlets in the Town of Lewisboro. Mohegan Lake is covered with Yorktown Heights. If you're unsure, mention your hamlet or ZIP in the form.

We clean for households, landlords and tenants between leases, homeowners and contractors wrapping up renovations, short-term rental hosts, and offices and commercial spaces that need cleaning outside business hours.

House cleaning on a schedule

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly upkeep of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, using the same checklist every visit.

Deep cleaning

A one-time, top-to-bottom visit for homes that need more than routine upkeep, often booked before guests, a season change, or the start of regular service.

Move-in and move-out cleaning

Cleaning an empty home before you hand over the keys or move your furniture in. Tenants, owners, landlords, and agents can all book.

Post-construction cleaning

Staged cleanup after a remodel or build, with a rough clean while the trades finish and a final clean before handoff. Contractors can book directly.

Airbnb and vacation-rental turnovers

Turnovers between guest stays, scheduled around your check-out and check-in times.

Commercial cleaning

Recurring cleaning for storefronts, professional suites, and shared spaces, in the evening or on weekends if you prefer.

Office cleaning

Workspaces, kitchens, and restrooms cleaned around your team's hours, with keys, codes, and alarms agreed before the first visit.

Around northern Westchester

Our New York routes run mostly through the northern part of the county, where U.S. Route 202 and the Metro-North Harlem Line connect many of the towns we serve.

In Somers, the Elephant Hotel at 335 Route 202 is a National Historic Landmark that now houses Town Hall. Our Somers coverage includes the hamlets of Granite Springs, Lincolndale, and Shenorock. To the east in North Salem, the Hammond Museum and Japanese Stroll Garden sits on Deveau Road, and we serve Salem Center, Croton Falls, and the Purdys area.

In downtown Mount Kisco, the Metro-North station is at Kirby Plaza. In Yorktown Heights, the historic station building stands in Railroad Park on Commerce Street at Underhill Avenue, beside the North County Trailway.

These places are only reference points to help you picture where we work. They aren't customers or partners. Mention your address in the form and we'll confirm coverage.

What's included

Every service has its own checklist. Here's a summary of what's standard, what's on request, and what needs a separate quote.

Regular house cleaning

  • Kitchen counters, sink, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors
  • Inside of the oven and fridge
  • Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and floors
  • Dusting, baseboards, window sills, and switches
  • Vacuuming and mopping throughout

Deep and move cleaning add

  • Longer, more detailed work on buildup and fixtures
  • Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets in empty homes
  • Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds
  • Window tracks, sills, and interior glass

Business cleaning covers

  • Workspaces, reception, and common areas
  • Restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes
  • Trash removal and liner replacement
  • High-touch points such as handles and switches
On request or quoted separately: laundry, folding, and ironing are available on request. Exterior windows, carpet extraction, floor stripping or waxing, debris hauling, mold, and biohazard cleanup are not part of a standard visit. Mention anything outside the checklist in the form and we'll tell you whether we can help and how it affects the price.

How quoting and scheduling work

  1. Send the form or call. Pick the service you need, and in the notes box tell us your town or ZIP, the size of the home or space, its current condition, and when you'd like the cleaning.
  2. We follow up within 24 hours. We confirm the scope, any extras, pets, and how we'll get in. Commercial spaces and larger renovation cleanups may need a walkthrough first.
  3. Pick your schedule. Choose a one-time visit or a weekly, biweekly, or monthly plan. Business cleaning can be set for evenings or weekends.
  4. Prepare the space. Pick up loose items, and tell us about anything fragile or off-limits. For move cleanings, an empty home lets us reach more.
  5. Cleaning day. Our team brings its own supplies and works through the agreed checklist. If something needs another look, let us know.

What affects your quote

We price each job after learning about it rather than publishing one flat rate. These are the main factors:

  • Size: bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage, or for a business, the number of rooms and restrooms.
  • Condition: a first visit or a post-renovation clean takes longer than routine upkeep.
  • Frequency: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one time.
  • Service window: after-hours or weekend times for offices and commercial spaces.
  • Extras: laundry, extra visits, or anything outside the standard checklist.

New customers save $30 on their first cleaning. Your quote spells out what's included before anything is booked.

Frequently asked questions

Which parts of Westchester County do you serve?

Our coverage is strongest in northern Westchester, in places like Somers, North Salem, Lewisboro, Bedford, Mount Kisco, and Yorktown. We also serve the central and southern communities listed on this page. Mention your town, hamlet, or ZIP in the form and we'll confirm.

Are Mahopac and Brewster part of your Westchester coverage?

Mahopac and Brewster are in Putnam County, not Westchester, but we serve both. See the links under "Nearby service areas outside Westchester County" on this page.

Can you clean offices after business hours?

Yes. Office and commercial cleaning can be scheduled for evenings, early mornings, or weekends, and we agree on keys, codes, and alarms before the first visit.

Can you schedule a cleaning around a move?

Yes. Share your closing, lease-end, or move-in date and whether the home will be empty. An empty home lets us clean inside cabinets and closets and the floors under furniture.

Do you work with contractors on renovation cleanups?

Yes. Homeowners, general contractors, and builders can all book post-construction cleaning. We time the rough and final cleans around the trades. Please give 72 hours' notice for schedule changes on construction jobs.

How often should I schedule house cleaning?

Weekly suits busy households with kids or pets, biweekly is the most common choice, and monthly works for lighter use. You can change the schedule later.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please give at least two days' notice. Changes with less notice may carry a fee of 50% of that visit, as described in our terms and conditions.
